On 6 Saturday mornings we will dive in deeply into the exercise system of the Original Yang Style and you can experience the relaxing, uplifting effect of this excellent energetic bodywork yourself!

A great start into a summer weekend — there is still time for a swim afterwards ☺️

The investment is definitely worth it, you will be able to use the knowledge and exercises for yourself right away.
It is actually taught in a way that you can practice Tai Chi and Qigong at home after the course!
Practice, of course, increases the effect on body, soul and spirit.

You can book single seminars or the whole class as a bundle.

If you join all 6 dates, you have completed the Tai Chi Vienna beginner's programe and can join a course at the next level!

Tai Chi and Qigong have most positive effects on all levels of our being:
